Tea as Medicine Ceremony and Winter Living- Dec 10th 2-5pm

$30

Please note the nature of this event requires one to be able to be seated on the floor.

When: Dec 10th 2-5pm

The holiday season is often filled with distraction and consumerism that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves. We often consume so much but still feel empty inside. To remedy this, we can offer ourselves time and space for inner stillness.

Join us for a chance to find a few hours of stillness within ourselves and in community through the medium of the plant medicine, tea. We will also have the opportunity for a brief conversation about living in alignment with the Winter seasonal energy through the perspective of Chinese Medicine.

We will sit together in community and experience the energetics of 3-4 curated Chinese teas in a gongfu style tea gathering. This is a small intimate circle with a max of 8 attendees.

Details: To honor the nature of the container and experience, please plan on prompt arrival and staying until completion of the sit. Please note the nature of this event requires one to be able to be seated on the floor and in close proximity to others for the duration of the event. Meditation cushions will be provided. All teas served will contain caffeine.

**We desire this to be an opportunity open for everyone. If you desire to attend a ceremony and are needing financial assistance, please email us at hello@embodiedwholeness.org. There are a limited number of sliding-scale spots available.
