Jeff specializes in:

Autoimmunity, chronic pain, digestive issues, sleep difficulties, anxiety/depression, cancer care & prevention, and health longevity.

My passion is to help clients avoid a future of serious health conditions and chronic diseases by holistically addressing symptoms they are currently experiencing before they become more severe. Together we create an optimized lifestyle to ensure your ongoing health and future longevity.

My approach is to address your physical health issues while also exploring the underlying energetic root causes of your symptoms. Sessions with me blend the physical modalities of acupuncture, craniosacral therapy and myofascial release with deep energy healing, tea meditations, guided self-inquiry and custom herbal medicine to facilitate a transformation in every level of your health and wellbeing. I combine 15+ years of ongoing ceremonial plant medicine work with my extensive background in allopathic medicine to offer a truly unique and safely held container to support your healing process.

His modalities include:

My STORY

I came to study Chinese Medicine to learn a system of medicine that heals the Whole Person, not just the pieces and parts. My personal and professional experiences with the shortcomings of the Western medical system guided me to study Classical Chinese Medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon.

My training at NUNM immersed me in the core lineages of Classical Chinese medicine, and also provided me with direct lineage transmission in a 3-year mentorship of both theory and clinical practice with Bryan McMahon L.Ac. In addition to being a scholar and practitioner, Bryan is one of only a handful of Western practitioners to complete the rigorous five year medical training at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. My connection with Bryan enabled me to deepen the direct transmission of our lineage by traveling to China, where I had the opportunity to study personally with Dr. Li Xin, renowned practitioner and long-time mentor of Bryan McMahon.

I bring my unique & extensive training into my holistic medicine practices at Embodied Wholeness with the mission of helping people heal their bodies and embrace the wholeness that is possible for them.
